The widest cap. A bit more back pressure than the open straw, still easy for daily warm-ups. Move up to it once the open straw feels too easy.
2.5mm - Medium
You'll feel the air push back, so you have to work to keep the airflow steady. Use it for longer sessions, slides and sirens through your range.
1.5mm - Strong
The smallest opening gives the most resistance. You control every breath out. For experienced users who want a harder workout. Work up to it.
